Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating;
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed;
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.;
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations;
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval;
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks;
- Helping in process of compensation, salary process and benefits.


- University degree in Human Resourses or MBA in HR Management;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in different HR disciplines;
- Familiar with preparing/updating employment records, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and performance management;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Talented to learn different approaches;
- Skillful in problem solving;
- Having strong team-working abilities;
- Being sensitive to needs and feelings, responsible, reliable and helpful;
- Honest, ethical and detail-oriented in completing work tasks;
- Having cooperative and positive attitude with effective communication;
- Having ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint
