Job Description

-Reserve and build complete and detailed client files include transport, internal and external booking tickets and hotels information,
-Establishes and maintains a rapport with clients in order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction,
-Resolve moderately complex client service issues
-Searches for best fares and shows a good understanding of consolidator and net fares
-Accurately complete changes to client files


-Has BS/BA degree,
-Must be proficient with hotel and ticket handling, visa/passport providing and related regulations
-Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to multi task and prioritize at a busy onsite
-Being detail-oriented and flexible
-Having negotiation and follow up skill
-Knowledge of MSOffice
-Age: between 22 - 35
